Process
Coaching involves weekly sessions, either on the phone or in person, in which you will:- Assess where you are in your career/life path; this could include using a variety of data-gathering tools and activities
- Develop a plan-identify what you would like your career/life to be and set goals relevant to your needs and situation
- Complete tasks as you move toward achieving your larger goal(s)
- Receive on-going coaching to guide you and give you support
- Evaluate your progress and develop strategies for continued progress
Career coaching is about YOU creating a powerful vision for yourself and your work/life. It's about YOU being very clear on who you are, where you are right now, and where you want to be. It's about YOU creating the life you truly desire. Coaches assume that you are creative, resourceful and whole, and that your aim in life is to experience more satisfaction and happiness.
